Research results: 2019 QA Average Salary
Survey in Croatia

A prerequisite to creating superior quality software solutions is gathering top talent teams. With the goal of raising awareness about the importance of Quality Assurance within technology companies, this year, again, we present our expanded, internally-initiated QA salary survey findings. This data can serve as a benchmark for hiring QA personnel and understanding the trends within QA in Croatia.


This survey was conducted as an extracurricular initiative in our own free time, in the interest of gathering information which should be publicly available. As a company, Lemax does not professionally conduct surveys and the questions shown in this section are not necessarily good or appropriate for a labor force survey. The sample size was: 159 respondents. If you use these survey results, please provide a link to this page.

Each color represents a seniority level and the percentage is the percentage of all of the answers within that seniority level. For example: We can see that for the seniority of Junior, 62.86% percent answered that they have 1 year of experience, 34.29% answered that they have 2 years of experience and 2.86% answered that they have 5 years of experience.
